Group Training
National Group
This group is designed for riders looking to be competitive on the national level. What we do changes daily & week to week. From structured & timed moto's, to section & technique work, as well as off the bike work outs & film review, you're sure to find improvement with this program. We leave the ruts and bumps on our national track after our weekend ride days to make for some stellar training conditions. Groups are 4 hours, Tuesday-Thursday. Wednesday Group
This Group is for small bikes and beginners on big bikes. We focus mostly on section break downs long with technique based drills. 5:30-7:30PM
Sunday Group
This group is for your competitive racer or average rider. We focus on section work and technique based coaching 9AM-11PM
